By creating an account or using any part of the Admitter.ai platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Admitter.ai provides a school discovery, comparison, and application platform that enables parents to:

• Search and browse school listings across multiple countries
• Compare schools based on curricula, fees, ratings, facilities, and reviews
• Submit applications to schools through our platform
• Track application status and communicate with schools
• Access AI-powered school recommendations and guidance

We act as a facilitator between parents and schools. Admitter.ai does not make admissions decisions. All admissions decisions are made solely by the respective schools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

School information displayed on Admitter.ai is provided by the schools themselves or gathered from publicly available sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all school information (fees, ratings, availability, accreditations) is current or error-free.

Schools listed as "Premium" or "Verified" have undergone an enhanced listing process, but this does not constitute an endorsement by Admitter.ai. We recommend that parents independently verify information directly with schools before making decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of the Admitter.ai platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the property of Admitter.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from our platform without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admitter.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We do not guarantee that any application submitted through our platform will result in admission. We are not responsible for schools' admissions decisions, policies, or communication.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
